Roles & ResponsibilitiesResposibilities
IT Projects Implementation
Assist in software testing and project implementation, system administration and support the day-to-day systems operation within the Association, including supporting ERP system, PMS system, IT infrastructure and networks
Collaborate in setting up the machine, configurating software
Performing UAT/SIT, software user training for end-user
Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes
Conduct system reviews to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues and gather insights for improvement
IT Service Support
Provide remote helpdesk and onsite support services for end-users, addressing their technical needs promptly and professionally
Assist in onboarding/exiting users and maintain up-to-date users access record in all IT systems.
IT Tasks and Ad-hoc Duties
Maintain accountability and accuracy of all IT assets inventory
Undertake various IT-related tasks as required to support onsite staff effectively
Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
A min of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like Charity management, PMS, POS, ERP, etc
Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup and network troubleshooting
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, end--user and vendors
Proficiency in escalating technical and user enquires clearly a to technical teams and superiors
