    Description

    Our client, a renowned retail leader in Singapore widely recognized among households, is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing feedback and enquiries via phone, email, social media and/or live chat.
    • Generating feedback reports.
    • Working closely with various stakeholders which includes but not limited to the operations, product and technology teams, as well as logistics vendors in coordination of customers' requests.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level with relevant customer service experience.
    • Working knowledge in systems such as Zendesk or SAP is an advantage.
    • Independent, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in excel.
    • Open to work on rotating shift hours and on weekends.

    Additional Information:

    • 1 Month Completion Bonus
    • Convertible, depending on performance
