    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Developing tactical and annual business plans, implementing plans at an operational level to facilitate meeting of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Identifying and prioritizing end-user projects, influencing of the specifications and maintaining relationship with all relevant project stakeholders.
    • Analyzing the customer needs in process & rail, developing application and solution concepts by creating customer value.
    • Working on generating value proposition, adapting HIMA applications to the regional market,presenting those solutions to clients, as well as demonstrating the customer value.
    • Providing input for the proposal process and supporting the proposal team as well as the Sales teams.
    • Collaborating with the various stakeholder from the customer, Sales, Sales Operations, Operations,partners and the Global Application team.

    Requirements

    • Degree in engineering, automation, business administration or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years experiences in chemical, oil & gas or rail industry, thereof minimum 5 years in sales roles.
    • Functional Safety Management, Industrial Cyber Security certifications.
