Project Assistant - Singapore - Verztec Consulting Pte Ltd
Description
To work closely with the Project Management Team in ensuring that the best suppliers/vendors are selected for all clients' projects- To look for resources and have close communications and negotiations to ensure that client requirements, quality of deliverables and deadlines are met within the given project budget
- Quality control on deliverables
- To perform checks on elearning courses, website and print materials and document bugs for implementation
- Supporting the Project Managers with multiple ongoing projects at different phases e.g. client review, translation stage, DTP etc
- Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by Project Management department & Senior Management
Requirements:
-
Singaporeans only:
- Minimum Diploma level and above
- Proficient in English
- Have good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Multitask and prioritize your tasks by deadlines
- Organized and Meticulous due to handling multiple projects and files with different languages and QA work. Be mindful of each deadline/delivery and to raise POs
- Sense of urgency and Taking Ownership/Responsibility of tasks
- Proactiveness to communicate closely with Project Management Team
Job Types:

$2, $2,600.00 per month
