_ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES _
- Main duties shall be reporting to the COO & Managing Director, APAC.
Finance & Accounting, HR:
- ( Talent Acquisition ), Office Management & Operations.

Finance experience will be an added advantage
:
- Support Search Consultants and Marketing efforts on adhoc projects.
- Office and Operations Management including managing all Vendors and Procurement activities.
_DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES _
- Corporate Administration, Managing Consultants Reporting, CVs Formatting.
- Calculation & recording for Consultants Commission and individual P&L.
- Invoicing to UCP Clients in APAC and following up on client's payments.
- Liaison with outsource Accounting Firm.
- Managing account payables, account receivables, employees' salary & expense.
- Cash Flow Management.
- Managing recruitment service agreements, Terms of Business and any other vendors contracts.
- Manage costs from effective Procurement for the company.
- Maintaining recruitment database ( training arrangement, checking usage, BullHorn )
- Office Management, maintaining agency licenses, EP/SP, S Passes, Office supplies, UCP library.
- Manage all vendors, ie. Manage IT vendors. Facilities management, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 36
- Support talent search projects for UCP talents.
- Support Marketing Department
- Market research, target potential clients in following sectors:
- Fintech/Blockchain/AI, Bank/Hedge Fund/Private Equity/Venture Capital, Biotechnology/Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices, Oil & Gas/Manufacturing, Engineering & Chemicals, Utilities, Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Market research for APAC business requirements.
- Managing UCP client list, hiring manager list in APAC, Business cards, etc.
- Manage Linkedin RPS / IT vendors / Justlogin, Justexpense.
- Manage UCP corporate marketing brochures and other marketing materials.
- Requirements
- 2 years' experience in Finance & Admin in a fast paced environment
- Minimum qualifications Diploma in Business Administration
