• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Global Network and Security Infrastructure
• Demonstrate Advance level of Troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of Network and security devices.
• Expert level skills in configuring and troubleshooting F5 Load balancers and Proxy Devices
• Expertise in troubleshooting Checkpoint and juniper firewall
• Cisco routing and switching, LAN/WAN Infrastructure support.
• Good Understanding of networking protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS
• Experience in DNS, DHCP infrastructure.
• Experience managing wireless environment.
• Good experience using multiple firewalls platform including Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and FortiGate

• 8 -10 years of relevant experience working in NOC environment would be an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills together with experience in Financial Industry
• Drive Major incidents calls independently and keep the communication channel updated.
• Good understanding of ITIL methodology, in-depth knowledge in incident, change and Problem management process.
• Good communication skills and should be a great team player.
