Training Administrator

- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Book classrooms and ensure they're properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes)
- Act as a pointofcontact for vendors and participants
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training administrative.
- Proficient in MS Office, webinar tools, and Internet based systems and programs.
- Knowledge in learning needs analysis and competency frameworks will be advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
