  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Book classrooms and ensure they're properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes)
  • Act as a pointofcontact for vendors and participants
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Recommend improvements or new programs
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training administrative.
  • Proficient in MS Office, webinar tools, and Internet based systems and programs.
  • Knowledge in learning needs analysis and competency frameworks will be advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
