Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Delegating tasks to team members including daily work tasks & OT arrangement
• Ensure that orders and services are promptly handled
• Monitor and measure production team's performance
• Training and development of the production team.
• Coaching the team by being a role model in performing and completing daily production tasks
• Execute superior's instruction orderly and accurately to your subordinates
• Assist Manager in reporting to Management daily on production schedule
• Conduct training to workers in related field
• Ensure manufactured product is of quality and meet customer requirement
• Setup & operate all the fabrication machines
• Support Manager to resolve problem with client after product delivery and installation
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• To assist in managing day to day internal quality issues and non-conformity disposition. Follow-up with customer complaints for quality issues.

Requirements:

• 5 and half working day per week
• Willing to work at Tuas South area
