- At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.
- Strong experience in Channels Stream systems such as Branch Teller System, Contact Centre applications
- Experience in migration of Contact Centre business operations
- Possess in depth knowledge and experience on branch system architecture and services
- Set KPI for the team and guide them to achieve the same by creating knowledge base articles
- Attend change advisory committee meetings, review the changes & approve / reject the changes
- Oversee the risk and security findings and address them in a timely manner
- Provide CSI (continuous service improvement) for process improvement & introduce monitoring for critical services
- Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.
- Should have experience on Avaya products.
