Description

• At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.
• Strong experience in Channels Stream systems such as Branch Teller System, Contact Centre applications
• Experience in migration of Contact Centre business operations
• Possess in depth knowledge and experience on branch system architecture and services
• Set KPI for the team and guide them to achieve the same by creating knowledge base articles
• Attend change advisory committee meetings, review the changes & approve / reject the changes
• Oversee the risk and security findings and address them in a timely manner
• Provide CSI (continuous service improvement) for process improvement & introduce monitoring for critical services
• Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.
• Should have experience on Avaya products.
• Technology & Tools: Java, .NET, Middleware (MQ), WebLogic, Websphere, Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016, UNIX, MSSQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, IIS,.
