SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Pet Specialty)- Sales performance and monthly reporting
- Customer relationship management
- Understanding the current customer base
- Determining the target audience
- Sales planning
- Study the functions and unique selling points of the new products
- Introducing new products
- Conduct adhoc survey and collate market information
- Contribute by proposing product launch strategies
- Study the market and set realistic sales forecast
- Understanding the market and propose to improve sales performance
- Ensure the customer receives the order in accordance to the delivery schedule
- Ensure that the sales order is correctly processes
- Ensure that the terms & conditions governing the goods return practice is
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- GCE O/ A/ Diploma etc
- Experience in FMCG and general trade will be advantageous
- Possess a calm persona and ability to think calmly, even when facing demanding
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Competitve salary + commissions
