- Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the centre
- Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries
- Resolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
- Assist with administrating annual leave with all centre staff
- Assist with performance reviews and student promotions
- Relay information regarding student enrolment quotas, student assessments and withdrawing students to HQ Regulate petty cash at centres
- Work towards company targets and to maximise student retention
- Safeguarding of student welfare
- Ensure the centres are maintained to high standard of cleanliness
- Helping the team to keep classrooms well stocked with required materials and stationery
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties Requirements:
- Diploma-level qualification or higher
- Good command of English – both spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
- Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children
- Professional and courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel
- Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays
