Essential Job Functions:


  • Contribute to the development and execution of the business advisory and development strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Supervise a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, actively seeking opportunities to expand services and meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the senior leadership team to drive market growth.
  • Utilize market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations to expand business opportunities and offer competitive advantages.
  • Assist in guiding the sales and marketing teams to achieve their targets by providing strategic direction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, working closely with your team.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
  • Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements

Other Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
