We have partnered with a global real estate investor and operator that has exciting growth plans for the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for a talented HR Manager to work closely with their senior management.


Summary of the Role:
Based in Singapore, this person reports to Head APAC and plays a key business partner role.

S/he needs to combine client services mindset, solution orientation and hands-on attitude to deliver HR solutions to support business operations and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR solutions by providing full spectrum of HR support in operations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and organizational leadership across the region
  • Provide HR advisory to the business functions on workforce planning, staff retention, development and employee relations
  • Work closely with HR Services team to ensure smooth payroll operations and benefits program are in place, help drive continued improvement
  • Work closely with leadership teams to conduct training needs assessments, recommend and implement training programs, organize orientations and training events to ensure right development support in is in place
  • Review and maintain compensation and benefits structure and policies across the region, support Head of business during annual comp cycle
  • Oversee and review the implementation of formal and informal, objective and competencybased evaluations
  • Manage and facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees, background checking, exit interviews and letters, maintaining employee files, firm's annual engagement survey and be first point of contact for all HR related queries

Experience and Key Competencies:

  • 610 years of relevant experience within a related HR function
  • Ideally have prior exposure in real estate investment/property development industry
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving skills, exceptional attention to details and able to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
