The Merry Bees event and content creation ecosystem is complete with its own fleet of audiovisual equipment, which is operated by the company's own sound engineers, graphic artists, videographers, and editors, enabling them to conceptualize, plan, and manage your event from start to end.


Job Description:


  • Managing professionals and talents in the events and entertainment industry
  • Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Plan and prepare business proposals
  • Coordinating events and shoots onsite or virtually
  • Generate ideas and/or carry out event promotion/marketing activity
  • Design, create and plan digital content for Merry Bees on social media platforms such as FB, IG, YouTube and Tiktok.
  • Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels: FB, IG, YouTube and Tiktok.
  • Photography and videography tasks at events onsite or virtually.
  • Production assistant to livestream and production/technical team.
  • Post event/production edits using adobe creative suite and other softwares such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests
  • Conduct research and gather information for proposal development
  • Prepare event proposal and budget
  • Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
  • Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
  • Other adhoc duties when required

Criteria:


  • Background in Marketing, Communication, Arts Management, Digital Media Design, Marketing, Business or other related discipline.
  • Background in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
  • Pleasant and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Having an interest in creative and design works is a bonus.
  • Knowledge and fluency in Mandarin and other languages is a bonus
  • Able and open to work under pressure and willing to work flexible hours
