The incumbent will work closely with Consultants from our G&R business and gain deep seated exposure within engagement across project teams, working on specializations like Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit as well as niche and exciting fields like Sustainability Consulting.

About the role

Support our consultants in projects pertaining (but not limited to) developing a tailored risk framework for clients, facilitating risk workshops and governance conversations with Csuite, identifying risks related to their industry, recommending mitigations and internal controls, highlighting improvement insights on business processes, across the varied sectors such as Government, Transport, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Financial Services, etc.
Providing other advisory services such as control selfassessment, corporate governance, internal audit, business continuity planning, climate and sustainability related topics, etc.
Work on a range of engagements across the teams, including advisory, assurance and strategy development
Deliver assignments to a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
Facilitate and support meetings, trainings and workshops, including preparing material, taking notes and meeting minutes
Advising clients on integration of compliance and risk management, working with clients on tailoring business process programmes to support their strategic objectives and risk management agenda.
Performing indepth risk diagnostics, identification and measurement covering strategic, financial, operational, technology and compliance risks.
Assisting in business development activities to build a steady pipeline of opportunities and wins
Having opportunities to broaden own development and greater exposure to relevant services within the Assurance Risk Consulting Team

What we're looking for

Strong interest in Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls
Minimum of two years' experience in ERM and/or internal audit in an international public accounting firm and/or a reputable multinational company
Detail orientated with a penchant for curiosity
Have good analytical and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Possess strong project management abilities
Possess excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and nontechnical audiences
Relevant Data analytics skills will be advantageous (not a musthave)
