Description

We are a construction firm dealing with flooring works looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

• Coordinate projects management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Schedule, managing, assign tasks to internal teams and arrange materials
• Attending to sites daily to provide support to clients and ensure smooth project flow from start to end
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similiar role
• Patience, selfdriven, able to handle customer complaints and still remain calm, objective driven and problem solver
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only
• Possess of own vehicle
