Job Description:

Design and Integration: Develop and integrate electrical, electronic, and mechanical components for autonomous mobile charging robots capable of locating, connecting, and charging electric vehicles.
Prototyping: Create robot prototypes, selecting appropriate robots, batteries, and embedded systems.
Simulation and Testing: Conduct simulations and tests to evaluate robot designs, identify potential issues, and optimize performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware and software integration.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications, mechanical drawings, schematics, and test results.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze robot performance and reliability data to identify improvement opportunities.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, quality standards, and functional requirements.
Innovation and Research: Stay updated on advancements in robot technology, charging systems, and automotive technology to integrate innovative features.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve hardware issues during prototype development and provide ongoing technical support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field in energy.
At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing robots or battery energy systems. A combination of both is highly desirable.
Proficiency in mechanical automation, autonomous driving architecture, and embedded systems. Knowledge of power battery systems including BMS and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Experience working with international teams is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Proficiency in English is required.
Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and ability to work under tight deadlines.
