- Lead kitchen teams to achieve efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef to achieve budgetary goals and drive business growth.
- Estimate food consumption, schedule purchases, and requisition raw materials.
- Liaise with Facilities management to ensure equipment maintenance and upkeep.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Foster a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
- Vocational School or above
- 10 years of managerial experience in a high-volume 4-5 star hotel or casino operations
- Comprehensive culinary background with expertise in Asian and Western cuisines
- Proficiency in computer administration and basic accounting
- Excellent logistical, culinary, and leadership skills
- Ability to instill safety and sanitation habits
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage
- Willingness to work shift work and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
