ATLAS bar is looking for a Junior Bartender to join our team

Would you like to make martini's from 1400 different gins?

Are you keen to learn everything about the world of gin and hospitality?

Would you like to have (most) Sundays and Mondays off?

What will you do?

prepare ATLAS and guest requested drinks

be pro-active on ways to create special moments for guests

to act as a host at the bar and be a shining light of ATLAS hospitality

ensure guests feel acknowledged, welcome & special while at the bar

follow set SOS procedures; presenting menus, water, cheques etc

be able to make bespoke recommendations and answer questions on all menus

develop rapport with return guests; remembering names, drinks

check and set-up bar and equipment, places bottles in the proper place, prepare adequate mis-en-place to be used during the shift

have full knowledge and assist with all of the ATLAS menu prep, all processes and preparation methods.
