Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring Central Kitchen Chef for Bangladeshi cuisine.
1. Able to cook volumn Bangladeshi food for construction workers.
2. Food Preparation : Overseeing and participating in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.
3. Kitchen Operations : Managing the organization and flow of the kitchen, coordinating with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation flow.
4. Quality Control : Ensuring the quality and consistensy of foods according to company's standards.
5. Food Safety and Hygiene : Practicing safe food handling techiniques, and maintaning cleanliness and hygine standards in the kitchen.
6. Problem Solving : Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise such as adjusting receipes, modifying cooking techniques, or resolving conflicts within kitchen team.
7. Team Leadership : Guiding and supervising kitchen staff, including allocating tasks, providing training, mentoring and ensuring effective communication and teamwork within the kitchen bridgade.
