Description
We are looking for IT engineer to join IT software company

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Working Location: Bugis
  • Hybrid work arrangements / Course sponsorships / Permanent Role

Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to staff, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues.
  • Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and other equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the maintenance and management of the company's backup and disaster recovery systems.
  • Document and update IT procedures and policies.

Requirements:


  • Diploma holder in any IT related disciplines.
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows 7,10, Microsoft office 365 and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience in Apple Mac OS and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with LAN / WAN networking infrastructure
  • Experience in desktop / laptop troubleshooting and diagnosis.
  • Professional Certifications such as CompTIA, M365, Apple etc. (Course sponsorships available)
