Position Overview

He/she shall be experienced in DC Networks (DC LAN, WAN, Office WIFI, Firewalls) with experience in Pro-Active Security Monitoring - compromise assessment, crisis readiness exercise and re-active services - Incident response and Compromise recovery.

While being experienced in ICS/OT systems is essential, he/she shall also be experienced in Managing - Administration and operations of DC Technical infrastructure supporting ICS/OT Systems - Windows/ADS IT systems, Server & Storage (VMWARE), Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software operations knowledge, some basic end to end troubleshooting skills on Data Center LAN/ Cyber Security Technical controls like Firewalls/WAN.

He/she must have the ability to work collaboratively with other DC Facility operations teams, as well as, non-technical leadership in gathering requirements and coordinating activities with the vendors/systems integrators based on the project scope and deliverables, and function as a technical expert within a fluid and fast paced environment providing direction to the peers.

The scope of this position covers all geographies where DC&N division does business.

Job Responsibilities- Work with the Build Project Management team in deploying the industrial sensors/actuators to DDC controllers and then to ICS/OT l Applications which are deployed as per the design standards.

This includes selecting the right vendor through the Keppel standard Procurement process- Hands-on management of all DC sites to ensure that all parts of the technical DC infrastructure of the ICS/OT systems (OT Applications, servers, DC Networks Controllers, Sensors /Actuators) designs are correctly implemented by the vendors as per IT & OT standards.

Standards are defined as the security by design principles.- Provide technical operational support on the DC technical Infrastructure supporting ICS/OT Applications - (VMWARE/Windows).

Backup/Recovery and Windows Domain Controller. with Integrated knowledge on OT LAN/WAN/Cyber Security Technical Controls like Firewalls Administration, following the proper Incident Management/Problem Management Process- Technical Project Management of Technical DC infrastructure of the ICS/OT systems initiatives as per Group Technology and Cyber Policies incorporated into DC's Global Operating Standards, procedures, guidelines, and any local regulations to be followed- Based on the DC&N's business framework, to keep improving the Global Operating Standards, procedures, and guidelines aligned with the Business Framework and Group Technology and Cyber Security policies- Perform routine proactive Technical Infrastructure of the ICS/OT Environment - server maintenance activities including Windows/Linux patching both upgrades and security patches) and maintain Backup/Recovery- Ensure IT services monitoring and ITOM tools configuration as new assets are added to Produce Capacity Modelling/planning report based on Trend Analysis, and working with DC sites' OT SMEs. This includes Cyber Incident Tabletop exercise and OT Systems DRP drill on annual exercise- Maintain the updated documentations of ICS/OT Applications, controllers, Sensors/Actuators to the Technical Infrastructure hosting the ICS/OT Environment, Technical Infrastructure of ICS/OT Environment - Servers/storage/Backup/DC LAN/Security/WAN Architecture and Configuration details- Support any DC certification process and Corporate Audit team for any certification and audit work- Improving and managing Cyber Security controls and processes- Manage and mentor all the DC sites' SME OT Operations and engineers by providing technical support, guidance, and ICS/OT Operational governance- Plan and manage the OT budgets and work with DC Ops and Business Ops team for all sites across all regions- Evolve the ICS/OT Organization Operating Model as per the Business Growth across the different regions so that it is efficient and safe from any Threat Actors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills, qualifications and experience

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related Engineering degrees or equivalent professional experience
15 or more years of experience with the Design, Implementations and Operations critical Infrastructure with commandandcontrol functions hosted on the Technical DC Infrastructure
Experience with BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP configuration, SNMP communication protocols, Active Directory security and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
Familiarity with Data Centre Power and Cooling Infrastructure Equipment is preferred
Professional relevant Cisco, Security & Microsoft certifications is preferred
Working knowledge and experience with an ICS/OT Applications, controllers, and Sensors/Actuators
Technical DC Infrastructure Hosting the ICS/OT Applications in a Critical Data Centre Environment, HP/DELL servers, Windows OS, Cloud system Admin, Dell Storage, Enterprise Backup Software as Primary
