    The Platform and Projects Lead will have the ambition to harmonize, streamline, maintain and further digitize platforms across APAC.

    In particular, successful candidates will be owning and actively driving several domains serving as a key advocate of such programs. They will define a clear vision for the domain/ product and will act as delivery lead for the platform driving creation of product specifications based on client and internal user needs, They will closely align with various internal stakeholders across functional units including Finance and work closely with IT to ensure that key requirements are delivered as part of the product backlog

    Successful candidates have a thorough, tangible understanding of Processes and Platforms in the Private Banking space formed over many years of working in this area. In addition, they are experienced in agile ways of working, and well-versed in stakeholders management across departments and geographies. A

    The candidate will be a member of the Enterprise Management Team, located in Singapore. The role will require frequent exchanges with colleagues & stakeholders across APAC and Zurich.

    YOUR CHALLENGE

    Functional

  • Lead the conceptualization and delivery of various product/ domain verticals under your care (e.g. Finance, Reporting, Alerts and Notifications) as a Business Product Owner
  • Work with Finance, Front Office, and Markets teams to conceptualize the journey, gather and define user stories, design & prioritize features, provide requirements, work with IT and other team members on delivery
  • Understand customer needs, derive the overall product vision, lead the stakeholder management, prioritize the overarching change-delivery and run-operations backlog along the epics & features
  • Accountable for the product across its lifecycle (CtB and RtB) and responsible to ensure compliance with the Bank's project governance
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners to build the required functionality and with IT to ensure solutions are deployed to users

  • YOUR PROFILE

    Professional and Technical

  • University/FH Degree in Business Administration or other relevant higher education
  • Previous Product Manager (PM) and/or Product Owner (PO) experience
  • Minimum 10 years of product / platform ownership, project management and delivery experience
  • At least 5 years of Agile experience. Experienced in driving EPICs conceptually throughout implementation
  • Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including integration of user feedback and driving prioritization
  • Outstanding ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at any seniority level
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills, with an ability to resolve issues in a demanding and challenging environment
  • Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Applied data analytics experience to derive insights and steer business activities
  • Experience in the regulatory/ finance reporting space with associated familiarity of MAS/ HKMA policies will be a significant plus
