We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Manager, Finance Operations - Cash Management.



Principal Responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operations of cash management and other operational needs.

He/ She will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as management, bankers, financial institutions, operations teams, claims department and other finance functions to ensure the continual enhancement and effective execution of financial operations.


  • Monitor and control the company's cash flow, to ensure enough liquidity for daily operations
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of settlement for claims, commission, payables, reinsurance and interfund
  • Manage the Bank and payment account authorization, Banking mandate, and approve the access granted
  • Handle monthend financial close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and approval
  • Review monthly Bank and Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Maintain relationships with Banks and other financial institutions
  • Participate in internal and external audit process to ensure completion of audit
  • Support the other Finance teams on a wide range of issues
Requirements

  • At least 46 years of experience in finance operations from Insurance industry is preferred
  • Familiar with the procedures of bank account management flows from both corporate and bank perspectives, and knowledge of bank cash management and solution will be preferred
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Possess good leadership skills, always ready to work with and support the team
