    My client, a commodities trading house, is looking for an Admin Assistant cum Personal Assistant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide secretarial support to top management and internal stakeholders
    • Arrange travel arrangements, confirm reservations and create itineraries for upcoming travel
    • Coordinate flight and hotel bookings
    • Manage the CEO's chauffeur overtime claims and related tasks
    • Maintain an organized filing system for documents
    • Supervise office upkeep, including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and stationary supplies
    • Preparation of Company gifts, Company DND and Research
    • Other ad-hoc duties as required

    Key Requirements:

    • Diploma in business administrative or equivalent
    • Working experience as an administrator is a plus
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
