Job Descriptions:


  • Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate, conduct or facilitate Health & Safety training activities and safety meetings.
  • Work closely with site Operations Executives and Person in Charge at Projects on all Workplace Safety and Health issues.
  • Assist to maintain company's system compliance through audits and documentation
  • Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, followup, and response.
  • Prepare for the reports that requested by Beijing HQ
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline, background with safety and construction management
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry is an advantage
  • Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
  • Able to start work on short notice
