Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day onsite IT Technical support services
- Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance upgrades
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Involving in IT Projects implementation and deployment support
- Performing new system rollup/upgrade
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT related field of study
- Motivated, resourceful and able to perform under tight schedule
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Great sense of responsibility and good team player
- Experience in Windows Client and Server (E.g. Windows 7/10/2012/2016/2019)
- Min 1 year experience in system administration and support
- Strong IT Knowledge and familiarity with It infrastructure such as system and networking
- Good knowledge/skills in networking (LAN/WAN)
- Customer oriented support experience is highly desired
- May requires OT with OT pay reimbursement
