Our client is a Japanese heavy machinery manufacturing company is looking for a ICT Executive to provide ICT Support for users of Regional ICT Services
【 What you will be doing 】

  • Provide ICT Support for users of Regional ICT Services
  • Inquiry response, troubleshooting
  • Support global network implementation for AP region
  • Propose to improve ICT support and operation process
  • Conduct ICT related training
  • CT Asset Management including but not limited to Computers, Server, Network, Mobile Phone, Software Licenses, etc.
  • Any other adhoc tasks or responsibilities assigned by Regional ICT & Information Security Manager

Requirement:

【 What they are looking for 】

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience of ICT support
  • Knowledge of ICT (Computer, Software, Network) to support L2 support
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Office 365)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Business Intelligence are preferable

Working Hour: 8:30 ~ 17:30
