- Capable of being motivated quickly, having good prioritization skills, and capable of interacting with people from all levels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to support the Shipping Team in daily operations and other activities. This includes but is not limited to shipment arrangement/coordination/monitoring/execution/rates inquiries, handling shipments with damage or discrepancies, Certificate of Origin (COO) and Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) application including all supporting documents, Freight Forwarders' billing validation.

The position will be part of the GSI (Grundfos Singapore) Shipping Team. As a function supporting the region, this role will mainly deal with the Supply Chain team of 3 different plants namely GSI 1 (DC – Distribution Center), GSI 2 (Assembly Plant), and SSG (Spare Parts/Service). It is also connected to different Sales companies that Singapore DC is supporting. As for external stakeholders, this role will mainly deal with Freight Forwarders, 3PL, and external suppliers.
