We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be hybrid.

Logistics Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Receiving and Shipping Operations to ensure On-Time-Delivery and internal/external customer satisfaction for inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Manage customer queries, sales order returns and complains related to Shipping activities.
• Manage Receiving and Shipping activities and business planning processes to drive Operations KPI targets around Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and Productivity.
• Manage, analyze, and present business case relating to internal and external KPI performances for continuous improvements in Shipment Operations.
• Develop, build partnership, and manage Logistics Service Providers in optimizing Logistics processes and delivering service level agreements.
• Build and develop team of Shipping team to improve Shipment Operations systems and processes, driving towards "Best-In-Class" operations within Leica and Danaher groups.
• Lead and participate in in Kaizen projects in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ensure the department operates under the Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and to address EHS issues raised by associates.

Your Profile

• Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / related disciplines with at least of 8 years' working experience in logistics operations.
• Proven track record of planning & delivering logistics solutions and leading logistics operations.
• Experience with leading a logistics team is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics
• Proficient in ERP, MRP systems e.g. SAP
