Description

Provide onsite maintenance support, including troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance to maintenance customersProvide remote maintenance supportPerform firmware updatesProvide onsite/remote standby as and when if requiredInstallation support for servers and storage systemKnowledge of System OSMeet contractual SLAsAssist to monitor and propose spares requirement/replenishmentLiaise with multi parties, such as customers, OEM, vendors, PM and sales etc.

Provide incidents reportsUpdate case report promptly and accuratelyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years experience as an IT System and Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
Experience with system monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
