With multifaceted project management capabilities and a strong diverse workforce, we provide a full range of services in engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance of power and industrial plants across the world.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle administrative functions of project and schedule
    • Keeps track of project control/monitoring documents and files and circulate those documents
    • Implement Project Document Management System and process
    • Collect and store the project completion documents
    • Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
    • Update status of all documentations in shared folder
    • Prepare the documents, charts and presentation as per request from Project or Site Manager
    • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

    Pre-requisites

    • N/O/ A level/ Diploma holder in business administration / construction management or other relevant disciplines
    • Minimum 3 years of document control working experience in the construction industry
    • Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Able to work independently and in a team
    • Willing to be based at construction site
    • Project location: Jurong Island (transport will be provided from designated pick-up points in the west)
