- Company Plan: Work with important stakeholders to draft the company plan and budget during the planning cycle.
- Execution of Business Plans: Manage the strategy and business plan implementation. This entails coordinating resources, converting strategic goals into workable operational strategies, and establishing precise goals and KPIs for the team.
- Performance management: Create the Balance Scorecards (BSC) for the group and each division, collaborating with stakeholders to decide on KPIs and targets. Track and report on the status of objective achievement on a regular basis. to recognise possible problems and, when necessary, offer solutions. The BSCs must be assessed and given a score at the conclusion of the fiscal year.
- Corporate Transactions and Exercises: Help carry out corporate transactions in accordance with company norms and regulations, as well as with strategic plans and objectives. This entails carrying out risk assessment, economic and financial analysis, and due diligence.
- Special Projects: To organise and carry out strategic reviews and special projects as needed to aid in decision-making.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Establish and preserve connections with important parties, such as industry associations, consultants, research firms, ship brokers, and colleagues throughout the MISC Group.
- Compliance: Make sure that all operations adhere to the rules and policies of the organisation as well as the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE).
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in law, engineering, finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 8-10 years of pertinent experience in company growth, corporate planning, auditing, corporate finance, management consulting, or strategy. Preference is given to those with experience in the shipping, energy, or transportation sectors.
