- HRIS Implementation: Working together with the HR Team, lead the implementation of the Human Resource Information System, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and training
- System Administration: Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through system enhancements and automation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and compliance, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- User Support and Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to HR staff and other system users to maximize utilization and proficiency.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRIS vendors and IT partners to address system issues, implement updates, and evaluate new features or modules.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, implementing safeguards and controls as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experiences.
- Been involved with at least one HRIS implementation. Prior experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, eg. Unit 4, Workday, HRiQ or similar systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget constraints.
