WS Audiology is currently receiving applications for the internship position of Manufacturing Process Intern. Under the Manufacturing department, will be exposed to a myriad of learning opportunities in operations and data management, and a chance to learn directly from experienced manufacturing specialists.

What you will do

Conduct process (SMT ~ Automation Processes) optimization experiments, analyze the results and Process Troubleshooting.

Facilitate, monitor collect data for Trial Runs at SMT, Automation process and ADA.

Conduct time study for line balancing

Support on ECM Project such as Kaizen and Process Capability Improvements.

Support in ad-hoc evaluation of product/quality-related issues.

What you bring

Experience

Pursuing a Degree in Engineering/EEE

Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint), Knowledge in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Past experience handling manufacturing equipment. Scope and soldering skill is a plus.
