JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To provide administrative support for hold mail, data entry and document generation
- Issuance & control of office equipment, stationery, and office supplies
- Preparation of memo (English & Mandarin), filing, mailing & postage
- Handle staff's leave and course attendance
- Liaise with third party vendors on office administrative matters
- Basic booking
REQUIREMENTS:
Work with initiative and independence
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, diploma
Good Knowledge of MS word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Keen to learn and possess positive attitude.
Good team player with good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
