The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and executing luxury lifestyle & F&B retail marketing and campaigns along with strategic brand partnerships with the objective of driving sales while maintaining the brand's luxury marketing position.

Primary Relationships

The position reports to Assistant Marketing Manager.


Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the Marketing, PR, Social Media, Operations and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within subsidiaries.


Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with service providers such as marketing, PR and media agencies; as well as within strategic partners marketing teams such as other luxury brands, malls airlines, banks etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Main: Marketing _
  • Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Marketing Manager on an annual marketing calendar and translate this vision into a coherent retail, F&B, PR, social media strategy which can be implemented in the local market.
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns that will enhance the brand's image and positioning within the marketplace and the general public.
  • Copywrite, edit and proofread marketing materials in both English and/or Mandarin.
  • Coordinate with brand HQ on the development of marketing assets to be implemented instore, such as signages, catalogues, brochures etc.
  • Coordinate production of branded materials and ensure consistent articulation of the brand's desired luxury image and positioning across the brand's advertising, print and electronic materials through marketing assets and strategic placement within vicinity of brand presence through the use of wayfinders, lightboxes, posters, landlord's website etc.
  • Assist to strategize and respond to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by landlords, franchisees and subsidiaries around the world.
  • Assist to respond in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests and assess them in order to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tieups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables
  • Marketing analytics & reporting
  • Support: Public Relations & Social Media _
  • Coordinate with PR & Social Media Team and assist them for promoting the Brand if and when necessary

Requirements:


  • Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.
  • 24 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Meta & Google business management platforms, social media management platforms.
  • Detail oriented, organized resourceful and agile with an ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Presentation skills and previous experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Written and spoken native fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
