Description

As a Production Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing team of Manufacturing Technicians and Technologists to plan and execute daily manufacturing operations that line up with tactical line directions to achieve quality output goals. It will be your responsibility to team with the MFG Area team, Area PEE and Shift Eng Ops team to jointly address the priorities of the area, and drive efficient tool utilization that meet engineering requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and safety practices in work place, and manage the staffing, training, and personnel development of the Shift Technicians and Technologists.

• Promote workplace safety
• Staffing and team development
• Improve manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency through manufacturing science study and projects
• May participate and hold key appointment in Emergency Respond Team (ERT)

Also require strong collaboration with engineers from other function teams to jointly address the critical process or equipment issues and drive efficient tool utilization that meet our exacting product quality requirements and timely delivery to our customers.
