Roles & ResponsibilitiesThis is a Customer service executive role at reception of a backpacker's hostel located at Chinatown and Lavender- Job duties include the following:
Receiving of visitors at front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and warmly
Handling of customers' queries, needs and complaints
Handling cashiering
Managing of reception at hostel
Managing Customer satisfaction scores and execution of administrative tasks to highest quality standards
Any other reception duties as deemed required by company
