    Roles & Responsibilities

    Role:

    • Perform full spectrum of HR except payroll

    Responsibilities:

    • Reports to Admin & HR Director
    • Drive HRIS project
    • Implement HR Policies and Procedures
    • Responsible for full recruitment cycle
    • Facilitate the performance management process
    • Monitor employee relation matters; promote effective communications and enhance working relationship
    • Monitor and understand employee training needs
    • Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned

    Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline
    • 5 years of relevant experience

    Preferred skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office Applications
    • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act

    • Self-driven and self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player
    • Possess a mature personality
    • People-oriented
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff
    • Good command of written and spoken English
