Business Process Analyst Manager - Singapore - Kpmg Services Pte. Ltd.

Description

We would like to invite experienced candidates who have a passion for business process improvements, creation of new user experiences to join us on our transformation journey.

In this position, you will be working closely with leaders within Technology Services and functional units to identify operational improvement opportunities, design and implement processes, solutions in alignment with project strategies and business objectives.

A segment of this role will also include supporting and assisting with technology controls, governance and compliance activities.

In the course of work, you will be involved in:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements/user stories with business users, translating them into functional specifications (BRD).
• Process mapping and blueprinting.
• Advocating and driving improvements through process streamlining and technology within Technology Services department as well as other cross functional units.
• Designing and operationalising solutions along with business stakeholders and technology team.
• Leading and managing projects from initial requirements gathering to implementation phases.
• Developing training materials and conducting training where appropriate.
• Developing appropriate process metrics and KPIs for performance reporting.
• Supporting governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or IT preferred. CBAP, ITIL certification will be a bonus.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in business analyst/ business process analyst role or equivalent management consulting experience.
• Adept at flowcharting and process blueprinting.
• Understands and experience with information security risk management, governance, internal controls, IT compliance and audits.
• Meticulous, strong analytical ability, documentation and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication, decision-making skills and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with at least one of the industry standards and best practices such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
• Any prior experience in Business Process Management projects, ITSM (ITIL) processes, will be advantageous.
