Attention:
Human Resource Manager

Develop, implement and improve the new product quality by ensuring product specifications are met
Interface with customers on product quality issues during development stage
Perform qualification test and failure analysis for new projects assigned
Perform first product inspection and line audit before sample build
Collaborate with Engineering team on any design issues
Study and improve new product quality yield for each status of sample

Job Requirements:

Experience with new product quality handling and control from development stage until mass production
Selfmotivated and able to meet deadlines
Willing to perform overtime
