Description

Responsibilities:


  • Perform IT equipping and deequipping for new hire/user onboarding, staff transfers and staff exit clearance
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networkrelated issues in a professional and customeroriented manner.
  • Provide computing device support in installation, upgrading and setting up operating system (Windows and MacOS), support and troubleshooting operating system (Windows and MacOS)
  • Provide desktop engineer support for onsite and remotely as required
  • Manage and update IT equipment and ensure compliance with IT lifecycle policies and processes

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum with 3 years of Technical Support Experience.
  • Good knowledge on basic networks, security, printers, desktops/ laptops/mobile devices, endpoint security and imaging.
  • Good experience in troubleshooting MS Windows Operating Systems, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Android and vulnerability resolutions
  • Good customer service, communications and problemsolving skills.
