- Minimum "O" Levels or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in sea freight industry handling export/import activities.
- 2 years of Dangerous Goods experience.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesSea Freight Officer/ Executive
Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Attend to the day-to-day sea freight operations. Arrange shipment collection/traffic co-ordination.
• Prepare documentation to shippers & consignees.
• Ensure that job files are checked in system and supplier invoices are registered promptly. Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound, vice versa.
• Ensure that pre-alerts are sent in a timely manner to customers.
• Execute export/import documentation, customs formalities, invoicing, and bookings.
• Be responsible for collection of payment for all COD customers.
• Responding to overseas offices/partners queries and clarifications via email and phone.
• To process Dangerous Goods (DG) cargoes and shipments in accordance with Regulations.
• To prepare invoices with accurate charges to customers on a timely manner
• Provide quotations to overseas customers and/or agents.
• Coordinate with the Carriers and Co-loaders for Import/Export shipment bookings accordingly.
