Alcott Global is currently working with a leading FMCG/Consumer company to search for a
Senior Production Manager to be based in the
Philippines.
Reports to the Industrial Operations Director

Responsibilities:

Oversees the manpower, equipment and processes including implementation of company policies, approved manufacturing processes & practices to ensure production of safe & quality products.
Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising & reviewing job contributions of subordinates.
Monitors KPIs and provides feedback to operational staff.
Ensure output meets quality standards and enforce health and safety precautions.
Manages the department's overall budget and maintains accurate financial records.
Identifying and managing systems and resources to measure and report on process metrics used to measure and assure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards & procedures.
Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of both the factory and the organisation as a whole.
Manages/leads the effective validations of CCPs/oPRPs (Operational PRP) and make sure these are done in accurate and timely manner.
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Leads the prompt investigation of consumer complaints by ensuring proper review of production data, root cause investigation, formulation of corrective actions, and effective implementation of CAPA (corrective action/ preventive actions) to continuously reduce complaints.
Leads the effective implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), PRPs (Prerequisite Programs): Sanitation, Personnel Practices to produce safe and quality products.
Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
Identifies training needs & coordinates training activities to enhance technical skills of employees.
Prepares accomplishment reports on performance of department for top management.
Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the factory/production.
Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the organisation
Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, processes, outcomes, and profitability and disseminating feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of both the factory and the organisation as a whole.
Utilise appropriate systems to manage factory production, functions, analysis, and documentation.
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

Requirements:

10 years of leading teams in factory operations (liquid products) with At least five (5) years' experience in Food Processing in supervisory capacity
Experience/knowledge in WCM and TPM
Graduate of any Engineering courses, Food Technology, or related courses.
Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience in a managerial role within a factory.
Sound knowledge of industryspecific factory equipment.
Strong decisionmaking skills and a resultsdriven approach
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
