Clinic Assistant/Clinic Nurse/Supervisor to a Specialist Doctor:

Working hours / Location:
8.30am (44hrs per week) - Monday to Friday Only.

Central / Town area

Qualities:

• A pleasant disposition and good service attitude is necessary
• Basic IT & typing proficiency required
• Multi tasker
• Multi linguistic skills
• Works efficiently, with mínimal supervision is a bonus

Job scope:

• Registering Patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payment
• Maintaining/Booking of Clinic's appointments
• Arrange/Booking of various appointments. eg, OT, Diagnostics, Referrals etc
• Answer patient enquiries or phone calls in a tact manner
• Monitoring stock level and purchasing of simple supplies and stationery
• Assist in minor procedures / dressings
• Performing basic tests on patient if needed
• Maintain accurate records of all clinic transactions
• Scanning of medical records / reports / case summary
• Printing of information handouts
• Other adhoc duties assigned by the doctor or superior
• Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior

Training will be provided.
