Description

Lead the Finance team in implementing new digital initiatives and using digital solutions to improve efficiency of operational and system processes

Review financial statements to ensure accurate preparation of accounts and timely reporting to management
Lead and manage the budgeting process
Support in Digital Transition Track programs pertaining to Finance processes and collections
Review financial procedures and policies relating to all finance processes as part of the continuous efforts to balance processing speed and corporate governance
Review and monitor Cash Flows of various funds
Analyse monthly financial performance, explaining variances, and identifying trends
Liaise with external and internal auditors on all financial matters
Provide support by liaising with colleagues from various departments on all aspects of finance matters
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Director, Finance or the Deputy Director

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent and preferably a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role:

Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices:

Able to work with management and staff of all levels:

Has experience in managing finance operations:

Able to multi-task and work under pressure:

Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and finance/statutory requirements:

Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is preferred
