Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day aspects of Human resource function recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, policy and planning etc
• Manage employee lifecycle end to end from onboarding to off boarding including preparationand execution of various employee contracts
• Process payroll timely and in a timely and accurate manner and liaise with finance department for payment processing
• Develop and maintain strong relations with departments to understand their people requirements and provide necessary support
• Proactively work towards fostering and reinforcing a positive work environment & culture
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement by improving business process and adopting best practices
• Ensure that employee data is always up to date in HR systems
• Prepare and submit documentation and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

• Diploma preferably in HR Management or related studies
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources function, preferably in F&B industry
• Knowledgeable in Singapore labour laws and employment act and other regulatory requirements
• Adaptable in fastpaced working environment
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
