• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
• Engage closely with pertinent parties to coordinate on-site project activities, encompassing logistical planning and execution.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of related initiatives and publicity plans
• Manage approved funding and expenditures, including communication with funders, procurement processes, and budget utilization tracking.
• Regularly monitor project progress and facilitate routine reviews with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of pertinent reports, presentations, and materials.
• Support grant management and administration tasks, such as compiling and tracking grant submissions, planning budgets, and monitoring expenditure while facilitating claims submissions.
• Keep a close eye on the progress of research activities and outcomes
• Prepare reports pertinent to the ongoing research initiatives.
• Supervise staff engaged in data collection, data entry, and transcription.
• Contribute to budget planning and tracking of expenditures.
• Assist in the planning and development of initiatives and events associated with or emerging from research program(s).

Requirements

• At least a bachelor degree, in a life science or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory, operations and administrative work in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
• Experience in clinical research and research regulatory affairs.
