Come join us as a Store Manager and energize our South East Asia team

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team
  • Ownership & Engage with customers, internal sales, marketing and operations partners to secure seamless execution of order management/ordertocash process and prioritization of shipments.
  • Drive Demand Plan execution
  • In collaboration with regional team, drive innovation in the way we manage orders and create unforgettable tourist experiences
  • Close contact with Key Customers to drive service quality
  • Developing various business plans and access them to find new markets for buiness development
  • Build business cases for capital portfolios, including but not limited to 'franchise options', "country specific requirements' etc, by analyzing benefits, and creating scenarios & financial projections
  • Developed competitor analysis comprising business strategy, financial performance, KPIs, pricing/promotion
  • Developed portfolio of compatible collaborators, including but not limited to other tourist attractions, restaurants, events space etc, by projecting financial performance, KPIs, pricing/promotion

We wish to bring attention to Singapore's local floral heritage to public and also aim to be #' Tourist attraction within next 5 years.


As the Senior Manager, you will lead the BU Operations team to ensure flow of goods and information, securing connection between our retail partners and Scentopia Supply Chain.

Our customer service team is the backbone of our daily Operations, securing processing of customer orders and owning the entire order-to-cash flow.

You will play a fundamental and meaningful role in providing this team with high quality leadership.


Requirements:

You have a positive "can-do" attitude and are able to prioritize assignments to manage different scenarios/situations simultaneously. As a person you are a team-player, who thrives and contributes best in a team setting.

  • Master's degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent working experience
  • A bachelors degree in accounting, economics, maths, data anaytics is preferred
  • 35 years of business scenario planning experience will be preferable
  • Solid understanding of various busines models
  • Knowledge of business in SEA countries (Singapore, India, China, japan, Korea, Thailand, etc.) is preferred
  • Open to travel to South East Asia region to identify opportunities
  • Highly collaborative style, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
